Reference data
40m wave band: 7.050-the 5th circle and 4th circle from the side of the aluminum tube (silver mark position), all the whip antennas on both sides pull out 7.050 standing wave 1.2-1.5, 20m wave band: 14.270-from the rod The starting numbers of the antenna-side are 7 and 9 circles respectively (gold mark position). After all 10 sections of the whip antenna are pulled out, shorten one of the whip rods to about 10CM standing wave 1.0-1.2. Note that the whip antenna on one side is shortened , The other side does not need to be adjusted. 15-meter wave band: 21 megabytes are two turns on each side of the whip antenna, and all the whip rods are pulled out. 10m wave band: Pull out all 10 sections of the whip antenna, and then retract one of the whip antennas to about 7cm, 29.600 standing wave 1.2
Antenna use precautions
1. The assembly sequence of each vibrator of the antenna is: connecting seat-two aluminum tubes-loading coil pull
Pole antenna.
2. If you use a satellite with a lower transmitting power, do not wind the feeder in a circle, and turn on all the feeders, otherwise it will affect the adjustment of the standing wave.
3. The side close to the whip antenna is the first circle. Count from the side where the coil screw is fixed. Do not count the half circle with the screw.
4. When adjusting the standing wave, if there is an antenna, first find the lowest point of the standing wave and see if the resonant frequency is high or low. If the resonant frequency is high, it means that the antenna is short, and the whip antenna should be lengthened or increased. If the number of coil turns is lower, shorten the whip antenna or reduce the number of coil turns. If there is no balance meter, use the standing wave meter that comes with the radio, set it in FM, AM or RTTY mode, reduce the transmit power to about 10 watts, press the transmit button, adjust the radio frequency knob, and search for each frequency band For the minimum point of standing wave, look at the level of resonance frequency, and then use the appeal method to adjust.
Note: The antenna does not contain support rods, feeders and fixtures for balcony erection
